 The Buddies Nursery L.P. specializes in production and sale of large shade trees and evergreens with an emphasis on native/indigenous plant material.

 

The business originated in 1947 by two partners, D.L. Peifer and H.C. Hart, starting with a motorcycle, two spades and rakes. Today, using six hydraulic tree spades to dig from more than 1,200 acres, the second and third generations are helping to lead the charge.
